Some girls who are under U10 can go though. I know one Under 8 girl who went and danced under 10 and got like 20th. According to one of my friends who is really good friends with her sister, that is.

....i thought she was older than me...im only in 12 and im her friend on facebook....she looks 13 or 14 in her pictures....but shes probably my age :)
