A woman stealing a shopping cart from Safeway in Renton, WA. When first confronted we asked if she knew that she was on camera stealing the cart but she continued to take the cart down the street yelling obsenities and spitting at the truck. She flipped off the cameraman when the driver turned around, thats 4th degree assault besides the felony theft. Value of the Safeway Shopping carts are $378.00~ Everytime one of these shopping carts leaves the property the grocery store is down a cart for use plus the cost of the cart replacement which is a result of higher prices of food and other Safeway services. This female has been observed numerous times entering the Safeway without a shopping cart and then leaving the property with a cart. She has stolen close to 50 carts, none of which have been returned or found. She is not welcome back to Safeway and has also been banned from Fred Meyer but she continues to go to Fred Meyer. Fred Meyer's shopping carts lock up when they leave the property, the Safeway carts do not.

If you observe anyone on the streets of Renton pushing a shopping cart on the sidewalk call the police, the cart has been stolen. Lets put an end to shopping cart theft and keep prices of groceries low!

A report was made and she is not allowed on the Safeway property. If she does enter the property she will be held and charged with tresspassing.

That woman has a long police record in the Renton/seattle area for assaults, prostitution, thefts and robberies! you all can shove the sticks higher up your asses and think you know better but that woman will stick a knife in your neck, knock you down and take your wallet if given the chance, just ask her victims...

But in NYC I see so many people using carts and police drive right past them. I saw a police man using a cart from pathmark outside the store and he said that it's not illegal. And he said "It's just a fuckin cart its plastic"

@chlobles logically it doesn't matter... in practice it makes no difference if an race steals from somebody but, that being said we are all pretty sick of being robbed from black people.

I've never been robbed to my knowledge by anybody other than black people. like maybe 20 times throughout my life and shit they don't even need like mp3 players.
