"Fair Use Law" (17 U.S.C. 107 (1988 & Supp. IV 1993). Section 107)
And, by the way, 1998 (1998-99) is the year I became a serious CBS "fan." In the fall of '98 the NFL (AFC--Jets! Who should've fuckin' won that year!) came back to the network, and we were introduced to what may be the greatest sitcom line-up on a single night EVER. CBS Monday nights during that 1998-1999 season--all NYC-based sitcoms: "Cosby" (IMHO, way more real than his NBC show), "The King of Queens" (1st season; maybe it's best), "Everybody Loves Raymond" & "Becker" (also it's 1st season).

Damn. Fran Drescher was a hottie back in the 90's, wasn't she? Well, shit, she was good looking in "Saturday Night Fever" too. For the short bit she had in that classic flick. And I would've watched "The Nanny" more back in the 90's if her voice didn't annoy me so damn much! Because I do watch it sometimes now in this 21st-century (on Antenna TV). Fran Drescher has to be on a list for the top 10 hottest women from Queens ever. Because, as we New Yorkers know, "Queens" means HOT woman out here!
