Impressive, but this workout is only good if youre an athlete of some sort. All this is going to do is get you in shape and "strong" for your own body weight only and give you more of muscle endurance. Better off doing the 5x5-8-10 workout three times a week to gain lean muscle and to look better, depends on your goals.
