I used to think Congressman Shimkus was a friend of atomic energy until I saw this video. He is basically just another ignorant fear monger. He doesn’t have the slightest idea of the difference between the liquid and sludge weapons waste at Hanford, and the used fuel assemblies in dry casks at Zion. He needs to get with the NEI and buy a clue.
