if you go on the KKK website they said they never killed or burn any crosses on yards unless the owner agree to it. also they say that the KKK who are actual murders just impersinate them and they dont have a members card.

they also made a point by saying they are christians and they do not belive in violence

They are likely calling them a coward because hate based on nothing more than bias of race or sexual orientation is invariably based on fear. I don't think people get prosecuted for hate crimes for throwing chunks of soft snow, though. You don't hear of any KKK members tortured and strung up publicly along a fence to die, but you do hear that about "homos" as you call them.
