  • @Superalu if your going to reply use this button don't just post a comment up above so i can't see it. You Commented without the facts and made a wrong statement so no you didn't have many reasons to think that and i corrected you on it.

  • The kyokushin stand use to be more focused on protect the chest.Thats why i didnt think that was kyokushin, anyway as CommanderYuan explain its probably they modified that to block punches on his face, dont need to be rude Kyokushintruth,I think i had many reasons to say that, and i like a i said before....just was my thoughts.

  • @Superalu this guy is a kyokushin champion, you don't have a clue what you're talking about, i train kyokushin and this is proper kick. He does not train muay thai just because he is wearing shorts.

  • @Superalu Hahah, just cause he does Kyokushin doesnt mean that he should be wearing a gi and a belt =P. Nowadays thanks to K-1 and MMA events, everyones doing martial arts in kickboxing trunks and a T-shirt. Even Karateka. But yeah, I'll admit that Muay Thai guys are among the first to use those pants and clothes. Also, after enough Karate fighters were getting KO'ed for that silly "low guard" stance, some schools got smart and taught their students how to hold their hands up.

  • this is 100 percent kyokushin. Kyokushin adopted similar roundhouses to muay thai a long time ago. They also have other ones but the style is influenced by many other styles

  • Im sure it is muay thai for 3 things:

    -I practice muay thai.

-His combat position is the thai stand combat position.

-The clothes re (specially the pants) from muay thai.

Anyway, the best who can answer this question is the practicioner,i just exposed my thoughts

  • i wonder how that would felt if it hits my ribs :S

  • It's Kyokushin. Kyokushin uses some Muay Thai-style roundhouse kicks.

  • its muay thai

  • looks like muay thai or im wrong
