http://bit.ly/citrueille -- Patrick Rue and Tyler King from the Bruery and Dick Cantwell From Elysian Brewing join Stone's brewmaster, Mitch Steele, for our latest collaboration project. See what they're up to on brew day as they discuss the eccentric ingredient list and make guesses about what to expect when the beer is finished.

  • Citrueille... quoi ? Ha Citrouille !

  • @Aeternuss C'est un mélange entre "citrouille" et le nom d'un des brasseurs, Patrick Rue.

  • it's nice that they've researched how to spell pumpkin in French... or not. It's spelled Citrouille.

  • @HavePh8 We spelled it that way intentionally in honor of Patrick RUE, owner of the The Bruery.

  • @StoneBrewingCo Peu importe les jeux de mots vous faites de l'excellente bière ! I love it.

  • I'm about to drink this right now.

  • Leave it to the guy from Seattle to pronounce it correctly. Represent. Dick Cantwell rules all these bitches.

  • I need to get this in Boston, Where can I find it?

  • Enjoying it with a spicy Thom Kha soup!

  • I am drinking this now and I have to say the Fenugreek dominates the nose and the first sip. As it warms its starting to bloom a little more, definitely a unique savory flavored beer

  • @StoneBrewingCo Gotcha, thanks for the explanation.
