Bedard 126 lbs. MHSAA State Champion 1988
After winning 2 Georgia State Championships, Jeff Bedard defeats State Favorite Matt Helm from Detroit Catholic Central, to become the 126 lbs Divsion 1 State Champion. Bedard went on to become a 2x Collegiate All-American, Armed Forces World Champ and NAIA National Champ. Matt Helm won the 130 lbs State Championship in 1989 and went on to wrestle for Michigan State.

  • Bedard is in blue and yellow. Helm in medium blue and white. Not sure if Bedard is coaching. He had a stint in the Armed Forces and MMA and after that I'm not sure what he's doing.
