I'm sorry but there is something sorta creepy about a guy that follows school children around and video tapes them getting on and off school buses and disguises the behavior as a concern for safety.......hmmm..yeah.

Guy, read the laws (fairly consistent throughout the country). The top flashing lights are only used when other vehicles are required to stop. That's very rarely the case on a four lane highway, as was the situation in the first video segment.

paintballing13: APOLOGY ACCEPTED! But just so you know, there is a large, crystal clear 'picture' in my head which dominates why I do what I do. Getting 'offended' was unceremoniously removed from that picture a long,long time ago.
