She plays experimental music regularly at her PEI artist's retreat in the summer. Teresa says, "I've been a big fan of free improvisation for many years starting with the seven years I spent on the Montreal jazz scene. My long time friend and producer the late Oliver Schroer and I recorded a number of sessions and as a result we were invited to Sound Symposium in Newfoundland, a semi- annual 10 day festival with improvisers from around the world."
The sorts of PEI artists you hear in this session have unique ranges going from Celtic to Jazz stylizations.
