I get my hopes up when I hear someone like this saying "hey men have problems too, it's not just about women" but then they talk about the "pay gap" (which is more like "the earnings gap") and ruin it.

In the summer many women in some jobs wear loose fitting dresses etc while men are still required to wear suits, so it works both ways but feminists always 'conveniebtky' forget this. Men earn more as they do full time jobs more often, we do the dangerous jobs that pay more and we are more likely to do shift work such as nights which pay more. It's not discrimination, it's choices women make. Please put this argument to bed.

@ 2:32 yes and statistics will also show you WHY men on AVERAGE earn more than women. Just because 2 people do the same job, it doesn't mean they should be paid the same amount. There are other factors like how much experience you have, how long you've been with the company, level of education, number of hours worked, etc... When you control for all those factors, women actually earn more than men. Men also make up 93% of all work related deaths.

I don't understand equality. There are significant physical limitation between men and women were equality is impossible. "Anything you can do I can do better", yet you are not allowed to put your hands on a women like you would a man. So why let them be cops, firefighters, soldiers ect...cognitively yes we are all equal, but physically we simply are not.

ok people men and women are totally different genders. u ever heard of any women on earth that can hit hard as mike tyson?? how many women in the wnba dunk?? in the in nba %90 of players dunk and these players do the same training as the wnba.. in the mlb an averge pitcher could throw 90- 100mph fast ball. women throw max 65-70mph fastballs...fastest ranner swimmer r men. y they dont put females in the nfl or ufc with males?? bez it will be boring and unfair. this is not sexists its reallity.

@heyyo1987 What you're talking about is PURELY physical. If you'll notice, I never mentioned physical equalities. You need to consider MENTAL equality.
