They tune to C standard. You can tell by where Pike is fretting. And Sabbath tuned to C# standard on almost everything from Master of Reality on. Also, drop C isn't a key, it's a tuning. A key is like C major or A minor. It has to do with what flats and sharps a given piece or phrase is in.

I'm pretty sure they both tune to drop C, the tuning Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler used to create the atmosphere of doom on Sabbath's "Master of Reality". I believe that the songs "The Druid", "Holy Mountain", "From Beyond" and most of "Dragonaut" are in the key of drop C as well. It's pretty much as low as you can get unless you're Electric Wizard circa the "Dopethrone" era, using tunings as low as drop A!
