Old school. Stricktly a trasactional approach that. Any buyer that's been around has heard all the cheesy closing tchniques. How about closing based on customer benefits. This is so 1960's.

@doanythingfordethklk "you promised me" ?? What are you expecting his response to be? "oh, I'm sorry - I did promise you... my mistake... yes that applies to my situation...." In my opinion, yes, do most of this, but don't do the "you promised me bit" do this instead "Oh, OK - think it over... I'll come back another time"...start packing up your things... during which you say "by the way - does it apply to your situation?" now, do whatever you will with that answer.

well, i have an insurance providers license but I sold Timeshare, sales meetings, and sold computers at staples for a while....btw, retail sales SUCKS imo
