Your lights short out or did you turn off your headlights half way through the run? Looks like you killed something

The Alternator is very low on the X.. deep mud likes to kill them

But that's with the 3.3 engine, right?

Where can I find one of thos sick Xterra stickers for my truck!?!?!

water really does not come in unless u are submerged for long periods of time. i recently had gotten my 00' x stuck in a creek for more than 24 hours but it didnt start coming in till about an hour of sitting in the water.

@RabidHoochDog : my wife still drives the X as her daily driver. untill i buy her a new car (2-3 months) water on the floor will be a problem. i've been in water up to the rockers but not past it, as she will kill me if i bring it home with soaking wet floors. there is still mud stains on the the headliner that she reminds me of every time we clean out interior. i wish ihad a video of that day i had my X buried up to the doors in super thick mud soup i had to have a F-250 on 44's come get me
Where did you get the "Xterra" side decal?

i also have a 2000 SE all stock but w/ 31x10.50 tires i got it for the wife so i have to be mindful of damage till i get somthing new for her last time i forgot to roll up the window and flung mud on the seat and roof she almost killed me!. any way i was wondering if i can go deeper than the door without water seeping in. thank you Travis

@THEARMEDLIFE it depends on how deep your talking about, water on the floor wont hurt, just don't stall while your in deep water.

Anything to watch out for when hitting the deep waters? Like I know Titan owners say watch out for the air box, is it the same with this truck?

@Racr4Lyfe ...i guess it would depend on how deep you want to go. DON'T stall whatever you do, and if you want to go really deep invest in a snorkel for your vehicle.
