My Father (retired Army Personnel) was working as a Kongress worker in Punjab. During 1983 he was instructed by local Kongress MP to dress up like a Sikh and Shoot/Kill atleast 25 (Hindu/Sikh).

When he questioned, He was told "If there is no terrorism in Punjab, our party can never come into power in Punjab"
