Urgh yet another person who can't seem to use the correct technique for rowing!
Just like 95% of the people in my gym....
Doing a 20 @ 20 seeing some guy at rate 35 all over the place looking over at me as if they are working harder.

It's the same principle as the waterrower, which is actually used by elite athletes. The main difference being that waterrowers are manufactured from timber in the UK and USA, and this one here is manufactured from steel/aluminium in Taiwan. Concept 2 are highly regarded, but they're not the only quality equipment out there.
