@senshockey7 Actually silencers don't reduce damage at long range. They reduce the distance at which the weapon deals maximum damage, so in a very long range situation, they have no effect at all. They also have no effect on the weapons damage in a close quarters battle. Basically it translates into 1 more bullet required to kill at medium range and considering the huge benefit of remaining off the radar, it's a tradeoff well worth making.

Ok, so.. Fluxus, I've been playing Search and Destroy, in MW2 & MW3, i've gotten multiple Clutches, and multiple flawlesses, but im not a 'Skilled" Player, im not bad but im not amazing im like 75%, if your still following good :).. I need to know if I should use a silencer, I ONLY use silencers unless im getting attachment challenges. I always use the same setup too, SoH, Assassin, and Dead Silence, I ALWAYS use assassin, becuase I have no use for the others.

@FuseReconFn well i like the feel to some of the guns when i have a surrpesser on. and it lowers a little recoil too

@Th3blur22 hybrid sight is garbo, you will find yourself dieong while switching sights more than it actually helping you. if your trying to compensate for the range decrease use range, like he said

What if I want to use attachments to use the supresser with the hybrid sight to cover long sightlins?

I use suppresor on all my smgs except mp5 and ump. The acr is great with 2 attachment red dot and rapid fire.

If im doing 2v2 Search and Destroy Gambattles Matches should I use a suppressor because theirs only 2 people but sometimes I find it useful to have Fire Rate then Suppressor and Vice Versa. Help Please :)

What about the G36C? It's great with a red dot and it's iron sights blow. I don't like to use the attachments proficiency because it puts you at a disadvantage when you run into a gun-on-gun fight. Any advice?

@jberg27 Yeah, don't use it suppressed- like me. G36C is my favorite gun, and it's fairly poor with a suppressor. Use CM901 or ACR
