This video is just some of what we captured after 'Maid Experts' in Long Beach did a move in clean on our home for the second time. First time was so filthy & disgusting, just lazy cleaning we made them come back. Second time, cleaned up half assed and we found so many areas not cleaned and their customer service is your usual no phone calls back, follow up, email, nothing.
They charged our card $210, no invoice, and no refund policy. They emailed us a coupon for 50% off our next clean, oh wow, like we would ever use them again!
