If the Dead Kennedys sang about current events, I bet it would be amazing. Except the whole band is what Jello was totally against toward the breakup.

@Taktwo2 They sued Jello for the song rights because he wouldn't use Holiday in Cambodia in a Levi's Jeans commercial.

Apparently they didn't stop there.

@Mrvort I just wish they would all just shut the fuck up to be honest. I looked up some stuff about the case and it appears Jello was ripping them off, Levi's commercial or anything like that aside. It just saddens me that their songs have such a good, uplifting message and yet they have to fucking bicker and point fingers like children in court.

Jello currently has a new band called, "Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine". Personally I don't think it as good as DK, but it is nice just to hear him do something else other then a collaboration or spoken word.

I love this song, whatever is said Jello is the master in my eyes. I listened to this when I was 13 and I am now the well paid scientist and when I chew well, my kids taste just like me, so I just slam the door... Never underestimate peoples ability to blame each other or take credit. That is one thing I have learnt....

@FiLiPiNoKiD716 heh, the sad part is that they are. Sure the names and places change, but we're no further as a society than we were then. Human kind will forever be doomed to endless cycles whether we like or believe it or not. Sure we'll win small battles, like the abolition of slavery and the slow gain of tolerance towards black people but still we'll never win the war against hatred of the "others". Our current battle is gay rights, and it's just the same story with a different face.
