@habibullinayrat Nope I do not know where to buy the chipset. Repairing the ipod touch is a very skilled and risky job. I would recommend going to the Apple store, pay the fixed price repair (£82 for 8gig 4th gen) and walk out 10mins later with a new ipod (no retail package).

Do you now can I buy the whole chipset. My warranty ended few month ago and at the service they told me that my memory crashed. And they can't fix it
