@MrLegitBarbie did you do everything i said to do to narrow the problem? because if you hooked it to a computer and the microphone worked, then the puck is basically the only other problem that can happen. look at all these other people who fixed their sets because of my help. not my fault it didnt work for you. now you have a spare.

@PIxelMikee it eventuallty works after i mess around with the coards for like 10 mins, keep re plugging and unplugging and moving the coards in diff positions, that helps mine lol

My turtle beach x11 broke in one side then completely stopped working this happens when a wire comes out inside the ear peace which just needs soldering back on.This happens with a lot of turtle beaches as there cheaply made just open it up and look for a lose wire

i dont use a puck its directly in to the controller and when i turn my xbox over night and turn it on the mic stops working, headsets fine its just i cant speak
