Xbox 360 IPTV

This was just announced to be coming to Xbox 360 on October 27, 2009. It is currently only available for Sky in the UK.

can someone tell me if it is a standalone and if it will come out in the uk

i have both 360 and ps3. They both should include IPTV, but atleast the ps3 lets me browse Hulu.
