  • I never knew someone, who is presumably one of the finest violinists of this generation, can generate such a lightweight and unremarkable sound from a $3 million Cremonese treasure. Beravo!

  • I wish I could have been in that audience. It's a great sonata, and that movement is one of the sweetest treats in all of music. Wonderful singing on the violin, and a terrific accompaniment. (It's nice to -see- Mr. Denk in action, having enjoyed his blog.)
