What th--?! Todd DID NOT knee him! Watch close. It's fake. He pulled the punch just like an actor would do. And that spazzy German guy? He's obviously in on it. All these people are putting on a show. The one's that get on stage and really go crazy--they aren't real audience members. They're confederates, stooges, con men helping Todd fool people into giving up their money. Todd never knees or kicks anybody. He's faking it. And so are they.
