  • Miss Amelia Chiarla hi i'm from athens GREECE. I tried to cook this recipe but i can't find a piece of beef so smooth and soft actually when i tried to cook it i couldn't even chew it it was so hard the meat. what meat is this ? the video says breast of veal but what veal ? a baby veal ? also i see on the video afterwards that the meat is cut very soft and easy on the serving as well !

    any help ?

  • @k1978s Hi, of course quality of meat is a top priority in this recipe. In this case we have a cut of a young veal that we name "fesa"...it's what in english is named "round" in the back side of the animal ;)
