To be honest, I think because a lot of the sistas who are of the younger generation are not sweet like how girls like Thelma were anymore. I think we can thank hip hop culture for that. Not that white girls are any better. In fact they're probably worse in a lot of ways. But there definitely aren't a lot of girls like Thelma left.
