In this video I will show you how to backup all your apps' data and settings using Chronus.

REQUIREMENTS

A jailbroken iPhone
An Internet connection

1.First open Cydia
2.Search for 'Chronus'
3. Install it
4.Open Chronus
5.Either Press 'Backup All' or Click on the app you want to backup and click 'Backup'.

  • where does it save the data? i wanna restore the ipod and update it but i dont know if i need to do something to put the data in somewhewre so when i put all the apps back to my device itll have the data... btw i used Appbackup...
