  • thankyou for all the comments!! i can't believe how well this video is doing, i literally put it together with windows sample music and my favourite pics! bramble (my bt) isn't that playful and hyper, but when it comes to other dogs, well she turns into devil dog! anybody else have this problem?? however, she is perfect the rest of the time and is keeping me warm now xx

  • mine sucks!

  • @yamiyobi i'm sure you're joking, but if not you should learn to appreciate your little doggy a bit more, they give you so much love and that is all they want in return.. and food... and walkies X)

  • I have a border terrier called Alfie - and I couldn't live without him!!

I love the fact you've used Beethoven 9 as the music!!!!!

  • I've only used it because it was just some sample music I found on my computer. l

  • at 3:26 it looks like my dog

  • At 3:00 it IS my dog!!

  • @OrogDeMalfur and plz no fences, i dont want to put up lame barriers

  • plz tell me how to keep them from destroying my dads gardens... i want to get one so bad

  • We have a Border Terrierist! her name is Tilly and she is the best dog we have ever had and we love her to pieces.

They are highly intellegent and loving. Once you have got one you wouldn't want any other type of dog.

  • I have a Border Terrier caled Riley. I am besotted with him!

  • Once you have a border you stay with the breed. Mines an alfie

  • They probably won't listen as well as a German Shepherd - they were bred to be independent thinkers. However, there is some variance in the breed, with some having a stronger desire to stay close to their owner. Still, having owned the breed since 1982, I would not trust most of them off-leash unless in a very secure area. My husband and I currently have 12 wonderful Border Terriers: Darby, Aengus, Rowdy, Ransom, Salsa, Vixen, Crocus, Delilah, Teagan, Sapphire, Owen, and Jasmine!

  • Hi everybody. Nice to read all your comments. My wife and I are very enthusiastic dog owners in our 30s who have just come off of 15 year of owning german shepherds. We are now looking to downsize but still want a fun active dog and are very attracted to border terriers. A few comments we have come across suggest that borders can never be trusted off leash in unsecured areas. Since we love to hike, go to the beach etc...I wonder if that has been anyone else's experience. Comments/advice?

  • looks like wee jake my border terrier and he has a red collar too ! ill send a video soon as possible

  • great little vid!

  • These pictures are so typical of my BT Zak, I teared up, thank you. There was one in particular that made me laugh, a BT being sat on by a bigger dog. I've watched Zak have his head in a malamute's mouth (who was his best friend!). They really are cuddly and at the same time tough as nails. He is my friend for life, as long as I am blessed to have him.
