Dieses ist der erste Flug meines Lama400 classic (in der ganz "unklassischen" blau-roten Lackierung, die so gar nix mit StateTroopers zu tun hat ... wohl auch nicht in Maryland)
Das Lied ist von MaxZwo (bei dem/denen auch saemtliche Rechte liegen) und youtube wird mir wohl wieder eine Warnung schicken, dann verschwidet dieses schoene Originalvideo, zu dem das Lied so gut passt - so schade es auch ist ... und es gibt wieder nur die Rohfassung - ich bin halt mal kein komponist ...)

Ich flieg mit meiner Country-Band von Nashville, Tennessee
nach Muenchen wo uns jeder kennt, daheim in Germany
am Horizont da winken schon der Frauentuerme Brueste
da toent vom Cockpit monoton der Spruch des Herrn der Luefte:

Herr Captain wieviele Runden noch
weil ich bald ganz verzweifel
Gerlinde steht seit Stunden schon
dort drunten am Arrival
der Co-Pilot, blass wie der Tod
er dreht an jedem Hebel
die Kerosinuhr blinkt schon rot, da kraechzt es aus dem Nebel:

es bebt der ganze Flieger

Gerlinde is standing for hours already
down there at "Arrivals"
the co-pilot, pale as death
he turns every lever
the fuel meter is already blinking read
there is a scratchy voice through the fog:
Attention please, attention please here is the man from the tower
we don't know anything but one thing is sure - Sorry, no landing !!

The stewardess runs around in stress
a body like sin
she comforts me and I forget Gerlinde - for a moment
we take out guitar and violin and play our songs
everybody sings with us, the whole plane is trembling
