We saw in the QE II Stakes that Excelebration is a turf miler of the highest class in his own right. The scary thing about this race is the way Frankel bounded 11 lengths clear of Excelebration in the end, but watching the race you get the feeling that even winning by that kind of margin Queally still didn't even ask for near everything he had. Frankel looked like he still had plenty left in the tank if it had been needed, and he still destroyed this field. This horse was incredible!!

Frankel was confirmed by time form earlier this month to be the highest rated horse of all time!!

I know there is à typical rivalry between fans of certain horses, but to cast slurs about horses and trainers without any evidence is a terrible habit to get into. The events of the last two weeks has added ammunition to certain critics of certain horses. These horses have now been retired and we should be grateful of having these great champions. Not spreading poison about their achievements.
