Lonely Studio Hooping

When students don't come to my Monday lunchtime hoop dance class, I have a nice time in the Shu Sanctuary studio by myself to work on things. This is what I did today.

I've been hooping about 7 months and teaching this class as a substitute teacher since February. But "teaching this class" is usually hooping my myself like this.

i cant do that pop up thing yet either and your barrel rolls look just like mine! We are almost there :) (i dont know how old this vid is tho) If it helps.....what is look like your doing in the kick start is your bending at the knee joint and bringing the foot back instead of bending at the hip joint and bringing the knee foreward and up....does that make sense?

haha.i totally feel you on the hooping alone when no one comes to class. my wednesday lunch time one is alwaysss empty. but i do love cranking the music and hoop dancing my butt off.
