@riddinghood3 you got it wrong. george slept with maureen first and then pattie went off with eric.

first of all, as if it isn't obvious that the affair with maureen wasn't a way to get back at pattie for going off with eric. i think george was hurt by her affair. men lose trust very easily. pattie shouldn't have done that.
