I had a choice between the iPhone 3Gs or Tilt 2 and I choose the Tilt 2 because of the keyboard.

its sopposed to its got sensors in it so than when you put it to your ear it turns the screen off..its a good thing cause it saves your battery.

get the Tilt 2 if your looking for a computer in your hand
and iphone if your looking for fun in your hand
Tilt 2 is more customizable
Iphone has more apps
