@OEFvet1986 Obviously this is fun and games, not a competition fight :-) - while the kids need to train, learn respect and become educated, keeping them interested and entertained with events like this plays a big role.

Could you imagine going to karate at the age of 10-12 and not be allowed to play games and have fun? - My biggest wish back then was to "beat a teacher up" :-)

What an effin' immature comment. Are you like 13 years old? This specific show is all fun and games as part of keeping kinds interested and enjoying the sport they do; this particular "test" is entertainment as part of graduating to this level. It is not "spar till you bleed" - that comes during daily training.

You should try it and find out how hard and demanding the sport is instead of hating all over YouTube.

This is an insult to Karate no way in the world would a competent Sensei clown like this on a Belt test, looking at this Girl's skill she is a Blue Belt at Best. This is a Mc Dojo and that Girl is gonna get hurt or worse if she is assaulted in the real world, Put This Girl in a USKA Tournament and she would get a real taste of how her school is gonna get her killed.

@hygumvej45 I guess that makes sence. I just have a more serious approach to this type of thing. I did martial arts at a young age and did not learn much until i was old enough to get the real concept of realistic fighting in a training environment.
