ISEA at Sprout Creek Farm, 2011

ISEA is a program for Sacred Heart network students entering grades 10, 11, and 12.

Along with the GreenTeens, a local group of high school students, participants undertake farm tasks together: animal chores, harvest food, and learn to prepare whole foods straight from Sprout Creek's extensive organic gardens, ready to eat at the next meal.

Seminars focus on global food issues, environmental impacts, and the future of our planet.
