Man really nice vid. I also got a ACL reconstruction. Did some tricking to, before my accident i could do backflip, front, flash gainer, corkscrew and webster. But later someone put his bag on my towell (in the grass) and I fell over it. Not even in during trick! But in 8 months I will be starting again with tricking. Question: Wich of your knees did u tore your ACL?

Mate i have a question that i hope you will answer when you got your acl surgery done did they use a part from your petella or your hamstring?

most trickers don't condition for tricking....
Advice...mad cycling...mad eliptical...mad distant running and jump rope will condition that knee good.
squats and lunges with weights help alot.
