@moseseseseses agreed. and to and on to your point, water can be over consumed, to the point of water poisoning. and unfortunately those that do abuse, tend to have a hard time kicking the drug for good, especially after going to jail, as that causes more problems than it solves for those who have drug addictions.

The abuse of anything is bad, even food abuse is bad, gluttony properly so called. Don't try to stigmatize a drug just because of the furious fiends out there that abuse such. If they would abuse Oxycontin, then they would abuse morphine, and demerol, and dilaudid, and all other opiates also. And should we conclude that there is something wrong with all these other pain medicines as well? Absolutely not. The problem is not the drug at all, but with the drug abuser.

The problem is not with the drug at all. There is a positive good use for Oxycontin, and Morphine, and Diacetylmorphine, and Codeine , and Diluadid, and Demerol, and Hydrocodone, and all other opiates. Some people will have to become terminally ill with cancer to see this truth. People who suffer back pain, and kidney stones, and children who are burned in house fires, and people who have arms pulled off their bodies in car wrecks need narcotics for some quality of life.

If any of you think this is an easy drug, you are just fooling yourself. I ate it for 11 years to chronic pains, once I started to fight it off, that shit almost killed me. I never even would consider this anymore, the withdrawals were long and hard. I was up for way over a week, sweating blood and the addiction killed my marriage on the side. Do not touch it!!!

@chris7urban2 i see your poijnt of view man. ive seen a couple friends who had everything going for them,a job,a car,a wife,kids, everything that most day to day people out there have. and just got caught up in the addictiuon and lost everything.
