  • the mob is the most dominant factor so it is the proximate cause.

  • @kim29223 in the case of the death of the kid the proximate cause is the speeding driver

    cz the driver is the outside influence of the case he is the dominate cause of the death

    the mob caused the kid to escape not to be run over by the car !!

    am just trying cz i study this subject now :P

    finals next week :P

  • In a Mat Damon movie a kid was confronted by a mob or about 6 kids who wanted to confiscate his cell phone. There was a brief struggle, the kid escape and run, he was chased by the mob. The kid run into a street where a speeding car was coming. Eventually the kid was run over and died. Who is the proximate cause, the mob or the speeding driver?
