It seems like we are so inherently racist that we don't even realize it.
We are some 50 years backwards compared to US, who signed civil rights act in to law in 1965 to treat blacks equally as human beings instead of some kind of brutes.
Crime rate is high among blacks because of the concentration of poverty in their communities.
