I got BMI of 52..would the lapband be for me? i went to a bariatric hospital and they told me that the bypass should be the one for me...but as seeing other ppl heavier than me taking the lapband and losing 300pds..then i rather not do the cutting...what doctor did you go to? I'm in New York...

I'm so glad I found your vids! I'm 21 and have been looking seriously into banding. Feeling like all of this weight is making me miss out on life. Anyhow, thank you for posting your videos! btw: you're gorgeous!

I'm glad! It's a pretty tame procedure. It can be unpleasant and uncomfortable, but so can being overweight! I feel like it's a pretty positive trade-off! :)
