Nice video, very helpful!!! I didn't know you needed to scrape the sides, they advertise that the bread machines are soooo automatic and comes out perfect each time (while you sleep--Hahaha). I just bought the Oster 5838 that you have and I will will keep your experiences in mind, I plan to make my first batch this weekend. Watching you do it makes me more confident that I can do it.
