That has nothing to do with the difficulty he was talking about. DJMax Portable 2 has an option in which you can set the Judge Difficulty (which affects timing accuracy windows.)
An Easy Judge Difficulty has a wider timing-window in which you can easily get more MAX 100%s.

Yes, she set the judge to Easy. You can tell that some of the notes were quite off, yet she got MAX 100%s.

lol sry to say this but i'm sure that's on easy mode... if he got 100 for that many times, she should get a score over 369937... i got score of 423988 in normal mode... good job though cuz even if i play like that, i wont get 100 for most of the times LOL
