What I can't understand is why no one has kicked your ass yet.

@Loejyrrab , I wonder why the war is still being fought and the media istn't covering it, anymore? I wonder why Gitmo is still in operation.... and the media doesn't object, or even report on it, anymore? Wonder where Cindy Sheehan is, these days?....... Maybe she moved to Venezuela, to be close to her dear friend, Hugo.

@tomsoppe Hey Tom, good to see you sticking it to the most annoying little skunk in public life today, Jason Mattera. I tell you someone is going to knock a few teeth out of this a-hole's head one of these days.It will be so richly deserved.
-
@cowgirlmoon Wrong cowgirl! This punk Mattera is a big mouth kid bully who needs to have his butt whooped.Look up the word CHICKEN-HAWK in the dictionary and there you will find little Jason's picture. Many soldiers were sent back 3,4 or 5 times to Iraq. This gung ho war supporter could have joined up and given a poor soldier a break for awhile. But no, he was too busy fighting culture wars, against liberals.A little safer I would say Jason, than getting blown up in Iraq. You'll get yours soon.

@pegasusbob Hey pega, do your parents and grandparents know you'd like to piss over their soc.sec checks?

@pegasusbob : The Constitution is not the same as human rights. When we think of human right, we think of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations in 1948. The declaration proclaimed that "everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of oneself and one's family, including food, clothing, housing, and medical care." That part was adopted at the urging of the United States, by the way.

To take a true statement that insurance companies can discriminate against people on the basis of their health (also known as pre-existing conditions) and suggesting that what was said referenced Jim Crow laws and id offenive is absurd.
One can suggest that a mandate is a bad idea, or even that no action should be taken to try to correct the fact that some people cannot get insurance because of a pre-existing condition, BUT, one should not say that anyone who says what is so is offensive.

I do believe that there's still discrimination in America.... specially against Conservatives like Hispanic Conservatives, Asian Conservatives, Black Americans, Indian Americans, etc.
90% of Americans were satisfied with their health care. Obama care is about centralizing control, taking us to the door step of tyranny. 169 new federal agencies, 16,000 new brown shirt enforcers in the IRS. Next it will be an all out assault on all our liberties. History is our teacher. Obama ACORN supporters and Illegals get it free at the expense of Tax payers, while we get rationed, all his welfare supporters get put to the front of the line while business get intimidation & threats.

You obviously don't know your constitutional law - health care is not a human right, you have the right to life - well unless you are a woman and want to kill your unborn child, that child does not have the right to life, even tho they are living, growing, advancing.
All entitlements should be repealed including your social security ... lets bring back individual responsibility.
Theft is any form is against the law, why should you steal from others to pay for your shit??
