The thing as a teenager just sets up the barber motif, friend. The song is primarily about the slashing of benefits, jobs, and regulations to enrich his buddies at Bain capital at expense of the steelworkers when he was in business. That may be 'capitalism' but it's of no benefit for the majority of country.
