not only are the wrong structures identified at the beginning - on the other side the ergonomisc of the whole (well executed) block is the needle appearing from the left side of the screen (blue dot) but entering the patient on the lateral right side - which implies that there is either malposition of the machine (operator has to turn head several times) OR the orientation of the probe is deliberately accepted to be the wrong side round.

This video is a good example of bad medicine. The author of this and those associated with its production should retract this video because of the misidentified structures early on in the video. I challenge youtube to remove this video for the sake of humanity. Oh the humanity. Hall of Shame candidate. Shame of the department or organization that produced this video. I publicly rebuke you. If you a member of a professional guild you should resign; better yet they should reprimand you.

I might be crazy but I think that during sec 22-28 of video (the initial id of the nerve bundle), the wrong structures are identified. You can clearly see the nerve bundle at an 11:00 position to what is id'd as the nerve bundle. Later in the video (at min 1:27), the "snowman" that represents the nerve bundle is correctly identified.
