Its about 15 to 20 minutes drive from the base depending on traffic and how fast you drive. They have a shuttle bus there that runs in the morning and early evening that will drop you off at stops on base. There is a Japanese supermarket about 5 minutes walking from there. Kita-Kurihama train (keikyu line) is about 20 minutes walk from there, or you can take the bus. The bus will cost you 180 Yen. Every house there includes a parking spot. The rental cost when I was there was 220,000 Yen

Don't you think the video should have included:
1) map of where the place is;
2) idea how long it takes to get there.
Just saying as an improvement suggestion, I will never live there.
