  • Isnt there a way to mute with your right hand (other than thumb)?

  • depends on how fast your playing, if you have time you can just use your index or middle finger to stop the string from moving.

  • I want it dirty baby.!

  • hahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • clean..

  • @Bassistpluck You can also use all four fingers on your right hand and kind of hit all of the strings when its muted, instead of using your thumb. Then if you're playing muted slap bass, you can use a combination of both your thumb, and your four fingers.

  • it's called a trus rod ADJUST THAT SHIT

  • awful

  • Been playing about a year and catching on quickly but yes, time to clean and tighten up! Very helpful. Thank you!! Is that a Schecter? I have a Stiletto Elite :)

  • "A free (Gee, I wonder why. I'd totally pay this guy to teach me. *rolls eyes*) bass guitar lesson (Hardly. There's no information I'd like to retain from watching this. In fact, I'd like to forget about this as soon as possible. I hope it hasn't seeped into my subconscious already.) on how to play clean and not let any unwanted note ring through ( Yeah, this guy definitely dampened those unwanted notes. That buzzing coming from sloppy technique and a poor bass set up is such a good sound.) "

  • either his action is super low or he picks his strings way too hard or both

  • srsly it hurts my ears hahahah

  • Find a guitar repair guy... might be able to sort it out for small fee. Cheaper then buying a new one, especially if thats the only problem with it

  • how you think thats bad? you should listen to my bass :O i seriously should consider getting a new one but i cant afford it :(
