  • Thank you for uploading this, but I cant seem to find a fix for my issue. My agitator actually works fine during the wash cycle, but it doesnt spin with the drum during the spin cycle. Its a direct drive motor with no belts.. any inkling what it may be?

  • @hyper73212 might wanna check the belt...et me know

  • Thankyou,Thankyou, you saved another marriage.....lol

  • Thank you SO much for posting this! I just took the screw off, and am at the part where I dump out the parts. First - when I lift the agitator out, the whole bottom piece comes off too. Should I really force that bottom part off of the agitator, or would I risk breaking something? Second, when I try to dump out the parts, nothing comes out. I tried to pull them out, but they seem to be in there pretty good. Any suggestions?

  • Thanks for helping me fix my washer!

  • @ThrillaChick2251 Im so glad to be of help...
