Yeah, the world does look like sh** - for a reason, because the world is sh** after the terrorist attack. It's a crapsack world, after twin X. A SRSLY crapsack world. This is one of my favorite anime. It's not easy to get into, but after I did get into it, it was hard waiting to get the next DVD in the mail. The suspense! :)
